How long does it take to get my order?
Usually less than 2 weeks, from date of order. In the case of unusual delays, we will advise you by email or phone call.
What are the freight costs?
We include the freight cost as part of our quotation because it varies depending on destination and quantity ordered.
Do I pay sales tax?
Ontario and those provinces that have the harmonized sales tax pay HST as applicable. All provinces pay the GST. Applicable taxes will be shown on the quote
Am I buying 'first quality' fabrics?
All fabrics we sell are 'first quality'.
Will I get the right fabric?
We will be supplying the fabric you ordered. It is important for you to provide complete and proper product information. If there is any doubt we can order a cutting for approval. There is a $10 charge for this service but your order may be cancelled, if the sample fails to meet your expectations.
How about discontinued fabrics?
Mill dropped patterns are usually cleared as unidentifiable bulk 'closeouts' and, as such, cannot be located. Once you have found a suitable replacement we would be glad to re-quote.
We quote using YARDS AND CANADIAN DOLLARS. While much of the fabric is imported, we do not ship outside of Canada. Business hours are 10 am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Do you have a Return Policy?
All fabric is inspected prior to shipment. We will be pleased to replace any fabric for which there is a quality problem; simply contact us at enquiry@fabrics.ca for a return number The fabric must be in original and uncut condition and must be returned by recorded delivery to reach us within 10 days of the original delivery
If the wrong fabric is received, upon it's return we will credit your credit card account. This does not apply if you received what you ordered.
To make any return, contact our order desk, who issues a 'return number'. Returns are refused if this 'return number' is not obtained.
