- Orders within Canada will be shipped Canpar or Parcel post
- All prices quoted are in Canadian currency – freight and taxes extra but shown on the quote
- All orders are subject to availability at time of order
- Upon request, we make available a CFA (cutting for approval). This service holds your yardage for 10 days while we send you a clipping (about 2 inches by 4 inches) off your piece for your examination and approval. This process requires you to accept or cancel your order within the 10 days. The fee for this service is $20 per sample (Plus tax). If this sample does not meet with your approval the roll of fabric is returned to stock and the order is cancelled. The sample fees are non refundable.
- We use the industry standards when determining flaws: we only sell ‘first quality’ goods. Infrequently, flaws can get missed during the Mill inspections. Please roll out the goods and inspect for flaws etc before cutting. Cutting or altering the goods is your final acceptance. Claims arising from this inspection will be considered within 14 days of receipt
- If goods are inspected and found to be flawed after delivery, we will need to authorize the return for replacement. If we are unable to secure further supplies for replacement, we will credit the value of the sale
- We ship what you order( Brand, Pattern, quantity and colour) If we do not ship what you ordered we will arrange to correct this mistake with the right goods. All sales are final, we supply what you order as we do not make substitutions
- We only ship within Canada to postal addresses
